Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Grahamsville Little Worlds Fair. To review the rules and regulations for vendors and to complete the Vendeor Application please click on the link below. Return the form to the address given on the application. If approved, a contract will be sent to you for completion. You may also be contacted by telephone or email for further discussion about the nature of your work.
The craft Village is open from 10am to 9:30 pm Friday and Saturday 10am to closing (aprox.6 PM) on Sunday. This event will again be in and near the pavilion. Each space is approximately 10 x10 or at my discretion.
You must provide your own tables, chairs, etc. Electricity will be available, but you will want to bring your own lighting and extension cords. If you will be using any power equipment please list it on the return form so we can more accurately estimate the electrical requirements to that area.
There is a charge of $60.00 per space for the three days. This fee will include two worker passes. Day vendor fee is $ 25.00 per day per space, and will not receive worker passes. Day vendors will have to pay entrance fee at the gate. Extra worker passes are available at the secretary’s booth. Space is limited so if similar work is submitted space will be given to the first applicant and /or those participating the three days. There is no refund of these fees after June 1, 2011.
Participation in the craft village is a privilege and by invitation only. It is a place where fair visitor may come and enjoy high quality arts and crafts. To preserve this atmosphere we request that vendor follow these rules. You must put on active demonstrations of your craft. Selling should take place from inside you booth, not in the walkways. Tables should be covered to the floor.
Please return the Craft Vendor Application From with your check and copy of your tax ID by June 1, 2011 if you wish to attend. Checks should be made to the Neversink Agricultural Society.
